KCSR is a non-profit, adult organization formed in 1991, at the request of the Sheriffs Department. Members must be 14 years or older to join.
General monthly meetings are the 4th Thursday of the month with the exception of November. This meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday because of Thanksgiving. Even months are held in Ellensburg, odd months in Cle Elum.
